Our design process is divided into three phases.
PHASE 1 - Flat Fee based on Square Footage.
A) CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
Preliminary floor plan options, 3D renderings, and overall aesthetic concept. Two or Three plans based on client needs.
$600 - up to 500 SF $1600 - 1500 SF to 2000 SF
$800 - 500 SF to 900 SF $2500 - 2000 SF to 3000 SF
$1000 - 900 SF to 1500 SF $3500 - 3000 SF to 4000 SF
B) DESIGN ANALYSIS – Client providing detailed plans.
$500 - up to 500 SF $1000 - 1500 SF to 2000 SF
$600 - 500 SF to 900 SF $1500 - 2000 SF to 3000 SF
$800 - 900 SF to 1500 SF $2000 - 3000 SF to 4000 SF
PHASE 2 - Hourly Rate
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Adjust and confirm selected floor plan, develop exterior elevations, and select materials.
$70 PER HOUR
PHASE 3 - Hourly Rate
DRAFTING
Create working drawings of finalized design. These drawings are used for permitting and the contractor.
$90 PER HOUR
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
MEETINGS - One meeting per Phase, and additional meetings $60 per hour.
PRINTING - $50 per full size set up to 10 pages.
